WPSEUS Scripts

It's Free!

Scripts are custom study sessions that work with the program Woody Plants of the Southeaster United States: A Field Course on CD, version 2.0(WPSEUS). Scripts are the fastest way of learning plant identification. To run a script you must first install the Woody Plants program, then install the script you want to run in the Scripts directory on your hard drive. From there it can be accessed by the File/Load Script command in WPSE, or by typing ctrl-l from the main screen.

From this page you can download the script set(s) you want by clicking on the script name, below. You do not have to go through a checkout process (in fact, the checkout button will not work for these files). Once you have the file(s) you want, open the zip archive (Mac owners will need a free zip utility such as YemuZip) and follow the instructions in the enclosed “readme” document. All of the scripts are free. The Plant Systematics Class Scripts file contains 49 scripts that were used in teaching plant systematics at UNC Greensboro in 2009.

You must own WPSEUS ver. 2.0 (PC or Mac) to run them.

Click on a link below to download the individual script sets. To download the full set select "Add to Cart" below, and go through the normal checkout procedures.
